A Haredi educator based in Safed, R. Rochberger serves as Director of Social and Values Education in the Haredi District. He is the founding Secretary-General of the Haredi youth movement Achva, and of two teacher-training seminaries. He is active in informal education within the Haredi community, and is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Haifa and at teacher-training colleges in Israel.
